How to Start a Return
To begin, please visit our self-service portal:

Enter the email address used for your order. You will receive a 6-digit verification code in your inbox.

Select the order you wish to return and click Request Return.

Choose the items, quantity, and reason for your return.

Once your request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label (if applicable).
Our Policy
- All returns are subject to a flat rate 6.95$ return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- When returning an order that had been placed with free shipping, and you keep less than $50 worth, we will deduct our original shipping cost from your refund.

Basic Items: Return within 30 days for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. (Returns must be physically received within 14 days of starting the request).

Fashion/Seasonal: Return within 7 days of delivery.

Holiday Policy: Fashion/seasonal items delivered before Yom Tov are final sale once Erev Yom Tov begins

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Due to the nature of hosiery, items that have been opened or tried on cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
