Refund policy
At Tipitoes Hosiery, we are committed to providing exceptional service and quality products.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to assist with a return or exchange under the policy below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, go to your account, click on the order you wish to return and click "Start A Return".
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Basic Items
- Within 30 days of the order date: Eligible for full refund, online store credit, or exchange.
- Returns must be completed within 14 days of initiating the return to qualify for a full refund.
Fashion / Seasonal Items
- Must be returned within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Holiday Policy
- Purchases of fashion or seasonal items delivered before Yom Tov are not eligible for return or exchange after Yom Tov.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

- Snoods
- Hair accessories
- Sale items
- Custom orders
- Pre-sale items

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can solve the issue and make it right.
Refunds
As long as your item is received without any damages your refund will be issued within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@tipitoeshosiery.com.

Additional Terms
- All returns are subject to a flat rate 6.95$ return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- When returning an order that had been placed with free shipping, and you keep less than $50 worth, we will deduct our original shipping cost from your refund.
- Tipitoes Hosiery reserves the right to cancel any order at any time.
- Items that do not meet return standards may be denied
